It merely acts as an intermediary that refers persons to legal practitioners who register as Legal Service Providers. The information provided by the Site serves only to assist you in sourcing legal advice. 4. Any legal advice is provided by Legal Service Providers. Although Professionalsearch takes all reasonable care to ensure that Legal Service Providers are duly qualified legal practitioners in the relevant jurisdiction of Australia, it makes no warranties or guarantees as to the qualifications of any Legal Service Provider or the accuracy or quality of their advice. 5. As the Site relies on the information you provide ("Client Information"), Professionalsearch is not responsible for any damage or loss suffered as a result of you using the Site. Professionalsearch is not responsible for any answers incorrectly provided by you or any consequences arising from Client Information. 6. By using this Site, you authorise Professionalsearch to send your Client Information to Legal Service Providers who may be interested in acting as your lawyer. Professionalsearch will, however, use best endeavours to keep your Personal Details, being your name, address, phone number and email address, confidential until you select a particular Legal Service Provider to represent you. 7. You agree that you will remove any defamatory information from Client Information provided by you. You agree that Professionalsearch will not be liable for any loss or damage howsoever arising that Client Information. 8. Professionalsearch does not guarantee or warrant that your use of this Site, or your posting of information on this Site, will lead to you actually being referred to a Legal Service Provider that is acceptable to you, or at all. Technical or logistical difficulties may prevent the referral of your Client Information to Legal Service Providers and Professionalsearch makes no warranty or guarantee that your Client Information will be referred. 9. If you retain a Legal Service Provider as your lawyer, you should be aware that your relationship with the Legal Service Provider will be governed by a separate retainer agreement between you and the Legal Service Provider. You should ensure that this retainer agreement is acceptable to you. 10. You agree that you will not rely on obtaining urgent legal advice through the Site where time limits under a Statute of Limitations or otherwise are in issue. You agree that you are responsible for any loss or damage arising from reliance on the Site in those circumstances. 11. Legal Service Providers are completely independent of and have no connection or association with Professionalsearch other than as users of the Site under the Lawyersearch Services Agreement. 14. Where legislation implies any condition or warranty, and that legislation avoids or prohibits provisions in a contract excluding or modifying the application of or exercise of or liability under such condition or warranty, the condition or warranty shall be deemed to apply. However, the liability of PS for any breach of the condition or warranty shall be limited, at PS's option, to 1 or more of the following: (a) if the breach relates to goods: (i) the replacement of the goods or the supply of equivalent goods; (ii) the repair of such goods; (iii) the payment of the cost of replacing the goods or of acquiring equivalent goods; or (iv) the payment of the cost of having the goods repaired; and (b) if the breach relates to services: (i) the supplying of the services again; or (ii) the payment of the cost of having the services supplied again. 15. Professionalsearch makes no claim as to the accuracy of the content contained in the Site. Professionalsearch does not accept liability to any person for the information provided on the Site or incorporated into it by reference. Professionalsearch does not accept any liability for any loss or damaged incurred as a result of any action or omission on the part of a Legal Service Provider. 19. These links are provided in order to enhance the interest of the Site and are not intended to signify that Professionalsearch endorses or otherwise has any responsibility for the content of any linked website. 20.
